When I make a link to an image file on my 4TB My Cloud using a Mac OSX, the recipient cannot download the image file. The person I sent the link to clicked on the link I sent from My Cloud and received this error message: “401401Request is not allowed.”
Anyone have an idea or a fix so people can download image files I have uploaded to my 4TB My Cloud device from a link I send to them for the specific file? Thank you.

What web browser are you using? Have you tried a different web browser? Have you tried on a Windows computer?
