LED on Storage is solid red after firmware upgrade

Hi LED on the storage device is Solid RED after firmware upgrade,
MyCloudEx2Ultra 8TB is not even a month old and I have this problem.

Please help.

Hi Rayn,

I had checked this post before posting my question.
My issue was with RED color for the Storage LED and not for Power LED.

How ever I had anyways just bought the device and did not have much data so did a RAID rebuild to RAID1 which formatted the entire disk and set up mirror configuration and now everything is fine.

But I still wonder why did the second drive LED turn RED and the system test was showing that the drive is at fault…

You could have removed that drive and then rebooted and then inserted to allow the system to re-build itself.
