LED HDD is solid red

Hi, my Mycolud Mirror was off power for a few days. As I tried to restart it, the HDD (both) are solid red. I tried a hard reset (40 secs) but they stay red. I can’t get to the dashboard, it says something like “the power was off, system getting checked”, that’s it.

Can you help me? I really need to save my data on the HDD. Is there a solution?
