Led disk 1 turns red, not able to reach the dashboard

Hello,

The led of disk 1 burns constantly red, so there’s maybe a serious problem with my hard disk to resolve. But, when I try to reach my Mirror by ip-adress or MyCloud Home, I am not able to acces the dashboard. So I can’t see what’s going on. What can I do? Thans in advance for your reaction!
