I cannot access the learning centre to set up my new MYCloud storage…what’s wrong?

FFS I have just spent the last 3 hours trying to set up My Cloud, thinking I was a complete ■■■■■ and I must have done something wrong. I got every computer, mobile, ipad etc out and tried it on and had been googling for ages trying to see what I had done wrong. Now after reading this seems as though it wasn’t even me - argh!!!
Hope its fixed soon - wondering now if I made the right choice in purchasing it!!!
