Latest My Book Live update

I installed the latest My Book Live update yesterday. Now I cannot access any files on my drive.

The directories and files show up, but I cannot open, copy, or delete any files. I have tried it with both Windows XP and Windows 7 PC’s. In both cases Windows Explorer stops responding.

I ran the long diagnostic test last night. It says nothing is wrong!

First make sure that the drives power adapter is directly connected to a wall outlet. Then try again. If still not working do a hard reset to reset all settings you will need to remap the drive after this. There is a small hole next to the ethernet port of the drive. Push it for about 4secs using a paper clip then wait for the light to become green. Then remap. Also try diff cables
