Large temp file on My Cloud Ex2 Ultra

A large temp file suddenly appeared on My Cloud EX2 Ultra. I can’t delete file because when I try it says the file is in use. The file is in my pictures directory and is about 311,181 KB in size. This is the file name:

FSP3B2E5E6D65324CA59B92C48196A25F36.tmp

What is this file and how do I get rid of it?

See the dedicated EX2 subforum where users of that device may be able to assist or help or where there may be past discussions similar to your issue. This subforum (My Cloud) is generally for the single bay My Cloud units which are different than the EX2 unit.
