Large pdf file causes My Cloud app to crash

If I attempt to transfer a 244.7 MB pdf file from my cloud mirror to my ipad via the my cloud app, the app will crash.

I have even tried powering off the ipad to make sure no other applications are causing the problem. The ipad has over 8GB of free memory on it.

I am running version 4.1.3 on IOS 8. Everything has the latest updates on it.

Hi there, have you tried a different file type with a similar size or bigger size?

I have the exact same problem. PDF files approaching 90 MB or larger will seem to transfer OK, show up in the download folder, then the app minimizes. Large video files stream/download OK, so there is a problem with handling large PDF files.
