My laptop connects perfectly OK on my home network but will not connect remotely, I have tried different remote networks and my iPhone connects perfectly both at home and remotely.
You’re using the My Cloud Desktop app, or the website?
in the Admin panel
- Click on the Cloud Access Menu on top
- Click the user on the left pane, whom needed the cloud access.
- If you are trying to connect through internet explorer or any other web browser, click on the ‘Get Code’ button under ‘MyCloud.com Account for’ option.
- If you are trying to connect through Windows application, click on the ‘Get Code’ button under the ‘Cloud devices for’ option.
- Try to login now.
