Laptop C drive backup

I’m backing up my C drive of my laptop to my MyCloud 2 TB NAS. I hooked up a Cat 6 cable from my laptop to my router, MyCloud is connected by patch cable to the router. It’s roughly about 320Gb I’m backing up through smartware. I started this over a week ago, and the backup has been sitting at about 190Gb for days. The data backed up files are increasing slowly, so it’s still going. I had done a factory reset of the MyCloud before I started. Any ideas as to why it’s taking so long?

Two words: DRAG; DROP.

For 320GB; I would simply open a file explorer window and go to town.
