Lack of 5.1 Support?

All my DVD>MKV rips are DD5.1 and they work fine.

So, in my case, no that’s not true.

Looking at that user’s posting history, he’s only ever posted ONE topic on the forum, and it’s that request in the ideas forum.

I think he just configured his Hub wrong and didn’t seek help here as he should,  then skipped right to claiming it to be a missing feature.

Actually, if he’s using MP4s or M4Vs (pretty much the same thing), the Hub (and Live units) doesn’t correctly pass-through DD5.1.  WD are aware of this, hopefully a fix will be forthcoming but it’s been a long time.

Not an issue for ISOs, VOBs, AVI or MKV.
