A BIG SHOUT OUT TO WD TV LIVE SUPPORT. AFTER OWNING MY WD TV LIVE HD FOR 22 DAYS IT SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING. TRIED DOING A  RESET BY UNPLUGING THE POWER FROM THE UNIT, GOT NO JOY THERE. DID THE HARD RESET BY UNPLUGING FROM UNIT AND PRESSING THE RESET BUTTON FOR 4 SECONDS, STILL JOY. CALLED SUPPORT OLIVER ASKED ME TO GO THROUGH THE HARD RESET ONE MORE TIME, STILL NO JOY. THEY ARE SENDING ME A NEW UNIT. NO DEBATING NOTHING JUST SENDING ME THE UNIT.
