I’m trying to update the firmware on my WD_BLACK SN770 2TB NVME drive so as to be able to update to Windows 11 24H2. Dashboard launches but is invisible (as many other users have found), and Kitfox doesn’t recognize the drive. I have tried running as Administrator, but nothing works.
@gordontisher Kitfox supports HDD drives. It doesn’t work with SSD’s.

As it is mentioned in the below KBA, the alternative software to download and install is Western Digital Kitfox, which provides similar features for HDD drives.
