Keeps changing to relay mode

I got my cloud last weekend. It’s proving a right pia. Every day I lose my 3G connectivity because it keeps changing to relay mode. I have to keep turning cloud access off and on and it works again. Is the new firmware causing this? My ports are all forwarded fine.

Try reinstalling the firmware update manually and also using a different IP address for the My Cloud.

Hello. Did this but still the same. Are the ports being 80 and 443 causing a problem? I have been trying to open more ports on my BT Home Hub 3 with no luck.
