Keep loosing Cloud Access

I have a WD My Cloud Mirror (Gen 2) - recently it has kept loosing Cloud Access - via the Andriod App and via Internet.

The only way I can restore access is to keep putting in the “New” email address (for admin) and then reinstalling the Andriod App.

Why is this happening and what do I need to do to “stabilise” it?

Note - WD Quick View & Smartware backup working, as is local network access
