Just Upgraded to New PC and now 'source disconnected' EVERYTIME

I just upgraded to a new PC running win10 Pro and I cannot for the life of me stop the WDTV to quit saying “previously selected content source has been disconnected”. I have a shortcut to my windows shared folder labled 'Movies". Once I exit to the home screen and click on ‘Movies’ it gives me that message.The it just searches and searches. Some times it takes minutes on end and other times it just pops up. The shared folder I mean.

Any advise?

May be you should reset the WDTV and then try to access it.

Thanks for the suggestion Peter. I did that but i did not fix the problem.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.
