Does anyone know how to get Smartware to run after firmware 3.2.0.8 upgrade? At first I thought is was and issue with the Smartware update to 1.6.4.7, but I uninstalled then reinstalled the previous version that came with the drive, but it will not work as well. How do I get Smartware to work or revert back to original firmware?

try installing the version that comes with the drive and then update
