After 20 years with the same company, I’ve retired. The problem is that my old email address was with the company, and it has now been shut off. And to make matters worse, I’ve forgotten my old password. I’ve tried talking to the WD phone support (India from the sound of the tech support voice) to change the ID, but that didn’t get me anywhere. Does WD have a support site or phone number to take care of this type of problem?

This is where I went to contact Western Digital. So far I haven’t had and response from WD. The only online support (email) is of a technical nature; which makes sense.

Are you trying to change the ID to access your WD account ( registration/ support ) ?
Yes. I’ve purchased WD drives for years, and I’d like to add the drives I just purchased to the list. Another words, combine the old account ID info with my current (new) one. As I said the old ID was dmilsop@spectraenergy.com.
