Itunes Server on My Cloud Mirror Disappears

OK so I have a My Cloud Mirror Model WBDWVZ0080JWT-EESN with firmware Firmware Version : 2.11.133.
I turn on Itunes server and all computers in the house with Itunes running on them can see it.
After a period of time it disappears.
I can still access my music through a mapped drive but no itunes server which is annoying.
My music files are in the music folder and i have tried turning the Autorefresh off.
Any ideas or does anyone know where this has been discussed in this forum?
Thank you for any help.

What have you tried so far? Which operating system do you run on these computers and the version of iTunes installed? Does a static IP configuration help? Does rebooting your computers help?

Hi, Thank you for your response.
My main pc is connected through ethernet and is running Itunes 12.3.3.17 on Windows 10.
The laptop is Itunes 12.3.2.35 also on windows 10.
Rebooting them doesn’t help, but rebooting the WD My cloud mirror means the Itunes server reappears for a while.
I haven’t really tried too much as wasn’t sure what to try.
I turned off the autoscan for new media as that was related and i also moved all my music into the public music folder.
interestingly the DLNA server seems to work fine.
I’ll look into the static ip,that’s a great idea.
Thanks,
Steve.

Unfortunately making it a static ip has not resolved the issue.
