It turns on and stays with all the lights on, nothing appears on the LCD. the fan begins to ventilate with power

Did you just buy this? Is it new or used?
Have you owned it for a while and it worked fine and suddenly this happens?
Shut it down and take out all the drives. Number them in order 1-4 so they go back in the same slots.
With the drives removed, turn the unit on. Does it boot? Does the display appear? Yes, it will have some errors (like no drives present, disk leds all red) but the unit display should work and you should be able to scroll through the display with the rocker switch to the right of the display
