Hello.
Every once in a while my users fail to access the NAS over internet (files.mycloud.com).
The message we get (I will translate from Spanish) states something like:
It is not possible to connect with XYZ
Try the following to solve the problem:
1. Make sure your device is turned on and connected to a network with internet access
2. Update the My Cloud firmware
If you still can’t connect get in touch with technical support…
I am not the device admin so I don’t have access to the NAS as admin.
Important: I don’t know if it is EX2 or EX4…
Any tips?
Any configuration details we should ask to be checked?
