The issue was bugs with wd’s software version… i installed an erlier version of the software (first that included shell shock fix) … after that i have not update the software again … and the software works ok
the issue seems to be GUI and software under are not always in sync …
here is how to roll back your software … you need to also download the image corresponding to your device
