Issues with sharing folder and adding new user

We are experiencing issues with my cloud home duo. Sharing functionality suddenly stopped working. I shared folder with another user and till yesterday it was working. the user is added to share the folder but when he logs in there is nothing in share section.

Another issues:

  • can’t send the invitation email for other user (not possible to add new user)
  • can’t send the email for invitation to share folder

Does anyone have same or similar issues? How to solve it. It was working before without any issues

Read the other posts. WD are not acknowledging this. I is obviously a problem with their Severs / Software.

You MUST complain to WD. Forum posts are not having any result.

Can you please point me where to complain? Is it possible to create some ticket or something directly to WD?

I did it via the Chat Contact, but that was not satisfactory. It is possible to create a Ticket, but God knows where.

Since Monday evening everything starts working. Nothing was changed on my side. Must have been something with their servers
