I am sure this has been discussed many times, I have tried multiple things to see if I can fix it but nothing has worked. I have read about the headers making the video file unplayable. I will post the video details. Could someone please direct me how to correct this file. Thank you!
I have tried stripping the text files and chapters to see if that was causing an issue but it still won’t play. I also went into the mkvmerge and put the NONE option for all compression boxes. I have also tried to go back to version 4.0 in mkvmerge. Nothing I have read on forums has worked. I have heard that resetting the device could temporarily fix the issue and play the file, however, I have a theme set up and I would rather avoid having to reset the device and having to set up everything again.
Please provide a step by step process how to correct this file. I appreciate all the help!
