I am operating windows 7 with ASUS RT-N66U. I tried port forwarding the Mybooklive Duo whenever I log in the remote access link WD2go.com. It will load then show the drive is offline. I can not get the remote access working. However I downloaded the app from iTunes it works I can upload and download files. I am not sure why I can not do the remote access. I am needing help setting it up I read several feeds online followed step by step I am stuck.
