Issues mapping drive to EX4 in Windows 7


On certain machines, I am haivng an issue connecting to my EX4 over the network. I get this error message:

“\ is not accessable. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The remote prcedure call failed and did not exceute.”

This is only happening on three machines, all of which are Lenovo ThinkCentres (which could possbily be the issue). I have connected and mapped at least a dozen other machines, all Windows 7 Pro in 32-bit and 64-bit flavors and have had no problems at all. 

Has anyone seen this before? I can ping the EX4, and I can visit the web gui from these computers, but Explorer just will not talk to them whatsoever.

Any ideas?

I can’t even get that far… I receive that error when I try to browse to the EX4.

I submitted a support ticket yesterday and I have yet to hear back…
