In the latest month, our company has a lot of issue working on our PR4100.
Sometimes the nas block a computer from saving a jpg file from indesign. A popup say you are not able to saving the file, because you haven’t the permission.
We have tried to change the protocol from smb to nfs, and the problem remains with a disadvantages of 1/2 write speed.
Every user has all permissions.
What can we do?
