Issue with /var/log/user.log

Was checking for sleep/wake ups when I noticed that the last line in the log looked truncated.

Mar 24 15:57:22 WDMyCloud REST_API[5728]: 192.168.0.185 OUTPUT UserShares GETALLSHARENAMES
Mar 24 15:57:52 WDMyCloud REST_API[5684]: 192.168.0.185 OUTPUT Alerts\Controller\Alerts GET SUCCESS
Mar 24 15:57

So I rebooted and then checked again. This is what I saw:

Mar 24 15:57:22 WDMyCloud REST_API[5728]: 192.168.0.185 OUTPUT UserShares GETALLSHARENAMES
Mar 24 15:57:52 WDMyCloud REST_API[5684]: 192.168.0.185 OUTPUT Alerts\Controller\Alerts GET SUCCESS
Mar 24 15:57Mar 30 11:27:54 WDMyCloud logger: hostname=WDMyCloud
Mar 30 11:27:59 WDMyCloud S15mountDataVolume.sh: begin script: start
Mar 30 11:29:24 WDMyCloud _: pkg: kernel-mindspeed-sequoia

Why such a gap in the log?

Why start part way through a line?

If I had to guess, the ram-log wasn’t synced to the disk log before a reboot happened or something like that…

Logs in MyCloud are notoriously unreliable in MyCloud!
