It seems like Crowdstorage backup has been removed from the WD My Cloud Home apps section. I cancelled my Crowdstorage subscription and tried to sign up for the new Mirror It Service. I am unable to do so as it keeps saying: There is a problem connecting to cloud Service at the moment. Please try again in a few moment. If this problem persists, please contact our Customer Service for support.
Not sure if WD Support can actually fix it or they are going to give the run around but I am unable to get it to connect to the Mirror It app. Is there a port that needs to be opened?
