Anyone got ideas, i can connect to mycloud via wifi no problem but not via web acces remotly, I have setup as per instruction, could this be an issue with my isp provider?
Or a port setting on my internet router etc or…?

Welcome to the WD Community.
Make sure that the remote access is properly enable on the UI and check the firewall settings on the router.
