Issue_2-bay nas driver on windows 7

Hi Everyone,

I am using Mycloud EX2 Ultra on PC which is running windows 7.
After upgraded My Cloud OS5, I can’t connect to my NAS anymore.
When I checked in Divices Managers, there is an issue relating to “2-bay NAS driver”
I looked at the older related topics but didn’t find the solution.
If anyone know how to fix, please help!

Hi Jonty,
Thanks for your replying but it’s not solution for my issue.

Here is the way I’ve done to fix it:
Go to Setting on dashboard => Network => SMB Protocol => choose SMB1, SMB2, SMB3
