My experience with all 1.03.xx betas:
- full ISO support
- good network speed, all shared directory perfectly working (with Windows 7)
- user/password fully functional
- but no effect in menu
after official firmware update (1.03.49 V)
- no more ISO support
- no menu effect
- bad nedwork speed, only can see some shared directories (with Windows 7)
What to do???
I’ve found iso’s are now jumpy, plus after you pause or skip a chapter, the progress bar overlay doesn’t hide itself at all.
ISOs work fine for me.  What problem are you seeing with ISOs that you say they’re no longer supported?

ISO work fine for me, too, both with 1.03.49 and 1.04.10.
I did notice something funky with the progress bar, but I was messing around with the menus at the time. I’ll have to play around a little more to see if I can recreate.
I can confirm the progress bar issues.   They’re also present on the HUB.   It really looks to me like WD is spending a lot of time “unifying” the internal software on these boxes…  They share a lot of the same bugs.  :smileyvery-happy:

I think, in the end, that will be a good thing. We’re going through a few growing pains, but in my experience, it’s a good thing to get things standardized.
I write high level code for hvac products and can tell you that it’s much easier to support products that use the same code. From my viewpoint, WD is doing a bangup job. We bought the boxes as they were and WD doesn’t have to add features. The fact that they do tells me they care about their customers. The people who complain about issues cropping up have no idea what it’s like to try to validate software. It is IMPOSSIBLE to test every scenario and catch every bug before release. That’s what FW updates are for.
Hats off, WD!
I’ve done a RESET via button press, and VOILA’ everything is working!
