Is your sync of files working?

Since the MyCloud desktop update (Mac), files don’t seem to sync correctly. No matter if you change a document resting on the MyCloud, or drag a file out and amend it, the file does not change. The strange thing is that the MyCloud software notices that the file has changed and asks if you want to overwrite it. Even when it appears it is overwriting, the document does not change. 

I’ve tried it with Word documents, Excel files, and a simple RTF file and the same thing happens. The file doesn’t change.

Hello, have you tried uninstalling the My Cloud desktop app and installing it again?
