Is this NAS work on mac?

I have so many issues that I start to think this NAS doesn’t work on mac. Time Machine is an issue, and even simple shares don’t mount… or mount and then get lost… no idea why… Screenshot 2021-02-19 at 22.23.38

Have you found any relief? Ditched this NAS for a better alternative?
