Is there contact information about promo codes are useless

Is there an actual contact (email) to tell WD that their promo codes are no good?
I’d like to send them a complaint and phone support is no help at all.

They offer a nice promo % but then it’s no good because everything goes “on sale” (a few $ off) so you can’t get the much better deal of % off the product. e.g. $10 “sale” vs $80 as % reduction.

For this I spent 15 mins answering a survey? then thought over an expensive purchase.

To add insult to injury, the “feedback” survey on the store (supposed to be done after leaving the site) decided to “have a problem” so I couldn’t even give that feedback.

I believe this would be better addressed by a WD Store representative as opposed to WD Support since this relates to promotion and discount codes.
