Before I restore system factory on mycloud for solve issue
I would like to transfer data from my cloud to PC or external hardisk
because for prevent data lost in case mistake of restore system
but network transfer is slow and my dash board is not responding (Cannot set backup to external hardisk)
Please help to advice ?
(My cloud raid 0)

This unit has multiple options for backup. Please see page 66 of the user manual for more information about backups
