Is there a way to adjust increment skip?

I just got a refurb gen 2 and I love it except for the fact that I cannot adjust how much it skips forward using this method:

While in FF or Rev, push Next or Prev to skip ahead or back 10Mins

Is there any way to adjust that 10 minute value to something more reasonable like 1 minute?
