I’ve recently bought an Hi-Fi setup that I connected to my WD TV Live with a toslink cable.
The problem is that some files (audio or movies) seem to be recorded at a high volume.
So when I play them, the volume is already too high at the lowest amplification of my HiFi setup.
That’s why I would like to permanently set my WD TV Live to output at half volume (for example).
Is there a way to do that?
I’ve read on these forums that volume can be adjusted with an iPhone or Android app but unfortunately, I don’t own a smartphone.
I’ve looked at the html remote control and at system settings, but I haven’t found any way to adjust audio gain or volume control.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
