Is there a way that will stop the login to go the new firmware promt

I decided not to upgrade for all the reasons on the board. someone mentioned that they turned of there internet, so they dont get youtube and now they also don’t get prmoted to update. where is this setting?, and if i turn of internet does this mean i loose comection to my nas. cus i dont want to loose the conection to the nas. is there a work around so i dont have to see this promt everythime i turn the machine on?

There is no such setting.   However, you can block the firmware update check in your internet firewall.
