Great discussion. I have some limited knoweldge about networks. Just to be clear, when I’m “sharing” my USB drive on my home network via the WD Live TV, everyone in my house (on the same WiFi SSID Network) can access the drive and it’s contents (which is perfect for me). However, I want to make sure nobody outside of my home network can see the drive since I use this same 1 TB USB drive to backup my main computer along with the video/audio files for sharing.
Is this right?
