Is the support team on vacation?

Anyone,

I have a failed WDC Red drive and can not get support from WDC.

I registered the drive for warranty. It’s only a few months old.
I submitted a support case for the failure. No response.
I submitted an RMA request for the drive. While trying to purchase a shipping label, the web site flashed and went to the WDC home page.
I submitted a support case for the failed RMA. No response.

Can someone here help?
