Is Pouch available in WD Passport Ultra 2 TB (WDBMWV0020BTT)

Hi Everyone,

I purchased a new 2 TB HDD (WDBMWV0020BTT) today from flipkart.  I am really surprised Pouch was not included in the box that I recieved.

I just wanted to be sure that is it some thing that is not provided with this model or online reseller is a Fraud.

Please advise.

Hello Hemmanshu, welcome to the WD Community. The drive will come with a USB cable, WD SmartWare Pro software and Quick Install Guide. Unless the store were you purchased it was offering a promotion, if that is the case I recommend you to contact them directly.
