Is my WD My Cloud unit dead?

Hi. First time here. The LED light on my 2 year old unit has gone solid yellow/green, the device can’t be found on my home network and attempting to reset to original factory setting makes no difference to the status.

Has the unit died? If so, how can I recover data from the unit?

Green/yellow? Hmmm, please check the manual for LED colors and see which case applies to you as those colors do not sound right.

Unless you are referring to the back LEDs. Nevertheless, compare with manual and specify which LEDs (back or front) you are referring, provide both.
