Is my My Cloud drive dead?

I tried to connect to my device today manually. It did not connect upon starting my computer. The network address pinged and I am getting activity on the left light on the ethernet port. The right light is steady and the light on the front is off. Does this mean my 3T hard drive is dead? If not, what is going on? Thanks.
