Is mine working right

1.  If my Essential is working right, am I correct that in the Retrieve function I can drill down to a specific individual file, e.g. a particular word doc and retrieve that single file?  As I drill down it appears that several folders and files are missiing in the backup. 

  1. If I “erase” the Esential G drive, can I start over - is the Esential backup software still on the F drive?



Since there’s been no replies, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.  But, yes you should.
