Very New to SSD Drives still is it safe to sleep a Desktop PC with SSD Installed, Western Digital Blue 250gb?

Using WIndows 10 Pro 64bit 14393.693

P.S. Do limit as much writing as I can to the SSD

I haven’t seen any information that says that you should not set this unit to sleep. If you would like to confirm this information, I’ll recommend you create a case with support.

Oh ok thank you, if I feel I need to confirm it before possibly using Sleep on my Desktop, i’ll check with support, but so far haven’t used sleep since getting it
