If I create a second partition on my server can I use it with my XBOX one for external storage. The requirements are a min 256GB and USB 3 and I know there are two ports in the back of the EX4 and that I can create a seperate partition. I was just curious if it was possible.

No, the USB ports are for expansion, not for host-to-host connectivity.
