Hi folks. I’ve installed WD Sync so I can use it much like Dropbox (without the storage limitations). The only problem is, my work server is a bit of a pain and can often replace files that were otherwise deleted. To stop that happening in Dropbox, you simply move the location of the Dropbox folder on the C drive where it isn’t associated with your profile. That also help with temporarily logging onto colleagues work stations as it doesn’t try to copy the masses of data in Dropbox when logging on.
Unfortunately, I can’t see how you would change the location of the Local folder for WD Sync. Is it possible and, if it is, how do I do it please.
