when I connect a mybook 8tb to the mycloud 3tb the status light goes solid red. I previously had a 1tb portable hdd connected and it worked fine and could access the drive via the mycloud 3tb’s GUI. could there possibly be a configuration issue in either device? Im running the latest firmware on both. please help!
