So I was able to get a great support rep at 18555565117 that agreed with me I should see the initialization on the led screen if that was the problem. He had me pull the power plug for 15 seconds. When the reboot completed I was able to continue to the IP\connect and download the software. It is now at 1% of updating and preparing my server after about 10 minutes. Gramps thank you for the reply.

He told you to pull the plug?
The first step is to go to just the IP and you will get a screen that says download software. That runs the images in my video. /connect will give an error if server setup has not been done.
Have you completed screens that asked for the servername, password, check for updates ?

PS: Please dont pull the plug again :) At least try pressing the power button once/briefly and see if the box will shut itself down nicely.
